Axiom Law expanded their downtown office on the third floorof 33 West Monroe to include the second and fourth floors, making it possiblefor the firm to unite their entire Chicago team. BIG Construction joined theconsolidation effort during pre-construction, evaluating the existingconditions of two buildings Axiom was considering, and providing costestimating.

Renovation of the three floors emphasized updated featuresand cohesion. New flooring, ceiling and finishes were installed throughout the openoffice space. The perimeter soffit sprinklers and HVAC were reconfigured toaccommodate an exposed ceiling layout. Audio visual capabilities, IT cablingand security were also upgraded. The second floor was reconfigured to include anew reception area and café.
