Aronberg Goldgehn, a full-service law firm, moved into 14,000 square-feet of existing office space on the top floor of 225 W Washington.
The 28th floor offers a unique condition that most commercial office spaces do not; 35-foot-high vaulted ceilings in the open office & collaboration areas. This element further shines now that updated light fixtures, carpeting, and paint are installed throughout, giving employees a comfortable place to work inside as they overlook the city skyline from the top floor. The high ceilings came with their own challenges; lift access to overhead mechanical and electrical equipment had to be perfectly sequenced during existing furniture relocations. A fully renovated reception area and elevator lobby round out an already warm and inviting office experience.
A bright, collaborative law office buildout of a top-floor penthouse.
