The successful buildout of this shared-but-separate office for two Interpublic Group companies, Golin and Weber, was made possible by immense coordination and communication between all parties.
Relationship with the project engineer and architect based in New York, as well as theMart’s building engineer and landlord was imperative to meet the design intent and the Mart’s high standards within the historic building.
Both companies have their own reception, offices, conference areas, and cafes, and are unified by a central feature coffee bar, boardroom and cafe. To maintain the design intent of desired light fixtures within the confines of ceiling height, and reveal the building’s columns, the team found creative ways to build partitions around the utility runs.
