BIG Construction completed an office consolidation and refresh project for BLICK Art Materials’ headquarters. Originally occupying two floors in the building, BLICK wanted to unite their team on one floor in a more efficient and updated space. New carpet was installed and new paint was applied throughout the office to create a seamless representation of the BLICK brand. A café was built at the center of the office as a community gathering point, featuring custom millwork on the island and cabinets. Private and semi-private offices line the perimeter of the space.
The space remained occupied throughout the project, and BIG minimized noise interruption to Blick’s staff by phasing construction between the open office area, café and private offices.
