BIG Construction was brought on to the demolition and office buildout for TCS Education early in the design process. Close collaboration between our team, the project manager and the design firm was essential to meet the client’s target cost, under their tenant improvement allowance. Working with the architect, we were able to scope millwork and design finishes to achieve a polished look throughout and include some stand-out features in the cost-conscious space.

The space includes private and open office space, conference rooms, a café, and an interior terrace, finished to serve as a lounge.
