Hireology expanded their office by 10,000 square feet and renovated their existing 15,000-square-foot office in 2018 to support their rapidly growing team. BIG Construction completed the project which features an all-hands area, collaboration spaces, a café and a boardroom in the new expansion space.

Inclusion and comfort of the entire Hireology team was considered throughout the project. Hireologists from every department helped BIG demolish the wall separating the existing and new space. During the expansion, temporary demising walls were built to mitigate noise, and the renovation to the existing office space was phased to limit daily workflow interruption.

BIG is now working with Hireology on their next expansion, an additional 6,500 square feet.
