Project44 renovated 43,000 SF of space for their new office in Merchandise Mart and then expanded into an additional 35,000 square feet. Undisturbed operations were of primary importance to the logistics firm. In addition to completing work during off hours, BIG regularly communicated with Project44 to maintain business functions in the occupied space and the project work schedule.

The renovation included demolition, installation of new carpet, paint, power and data, and the addition of conference rooms. Following Merchandise Mart’s coring restriction, BIG ran wire mold and connect track off the columns and under carpet in order to accommodate all necessary cabling.
