Old Mission Capital subleased 38,000 SF of space at 1 North Dearborn earlier this year and BIG recently completed alterations to fit the trading firm's needs.

OMC added a new UPS room and supplemental cooling to the space. The 24/7 trading room was outfitted with trading desks, appropriate monitor setup and data, and outside air intake for exhaust and cooling.
