BIG Completes Latimer LeVay Fyock
The buildout of this law firm is a true case study of building under tight constraints while maintaining the integrity of a working firm. The renovation of Latimer LeVay Fyock’s reception while the firm occupied their office required a “surgical” approach to construction and immense coordination with the LLF team. The BIG team made careful considerations to align with strict noise requirements and create temporary barricades to retain air quality and separation.
A refresh and repositioning of their reception space, BIG worked alongside OKW architects to combine two rooms into a feature conference room with sweeping views and an open plan. New tile, curved walls, lacquer covering behind the reception desk, and millwork “portals” leading to the offices were key design elements executed by BIG to unite this office and provide a custom, highly branded experience.
