Andrew Vasquez, Project Executive

Andrew brings over 10 years of construction management experience to his projects, leading his teams in executing over $50M dollars of work annually. With a specialization in tenant improvements, Andrew is the point of contact for all project stakeholders.  

Whether it be a conceptual budget or a project schedule, Andrew prides himself on cultivating strong relationships by supporting our clients through every step of the process from preconstruction to closeout and beyond. 

As a Project Executive, Andrew is responsible for overseeing the execution of our projects. He works with the Project Manager to ensure the project is staffed properly and that the project cost and schedule is monitored and maintained to the satisfaction of the client.

Jessica O'Neil Project Engineer

With a project management and logistics background, Jessica is passionate about collaboration and takes pride in cultivating strong relationships. Being a part of the project from start to finish and seeing the completed result come to life drives her interest in the built environment.

Dan Kugler Senior Superintendent

Over 27 years, Dan has completed over 100 Million dollars of commercial construction in the Chicagoland region. Dan brings his years of construction knowledge to your project, demonstrating a track record of successful accomplishment in all phases of supervision. From 10,000 SF to 300,00 SF, Dan is dedicated to executing our projects to the highest standard of precision, safety, and quality.

As a Senior Superintendent, Dan is instrumental in successful project coordination to keep our field operations running smoothly, establishing relationships with all project stakeholders to bring our projects to life.
