We are thrilled to announce that BIG has been selected as the General Contractor of Interpublic Group's Chicago outpost. The New York based creative agency has secured BIG to conduct the buildout of their new offices in the Merchandise Mart. With extensive experience in the historic building, BIG is eager to mobilize in bringing their vision to life in the heart of Chicago. BIG will be working alongside Stephen Soviero of New York based building group Structure Tone to build out the 78,000 SF space. The BIG preconstruction team has been hard at work preparing for the start of construction on April 8th.
