BIG is proud to announce that another of our interns has joined us full-time.

John Maddox started as an Assistant Superintendent in January of 2020 after interning with BIG in 2019. Throughout the summer, John worked with Ram Rivera on CareerBuilder's headquarters. John graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in December, where he earned a degree in Construction Management.

Why BIG? " I chose BIG because I’ve had previous internships but the internship I had this past summer with BIG was my best experience by far. During my internship I built some great relationships and Iearned a lot more than I ever did with other companies. I knew I wanted to start my career with BIG because we’re a growing company which to me means that everyone is motivated to succeed. We constantly encourage each other to learn and grow to reach our goals, and that’s the kind of atmosphere I wanted to be a part of."
