The renovation of Latimer LeVay Fyock’s reception while the firm occupied their office required a “surgical” approach to construction and immense coordination with the LLF team.

New tile was installed throughout the area, millwork banquet seating, lacquer wallcovering across from the reception desk, and  millwork “portals” leading to the offices created the desired revamped look.

Two smaller conference rooms adjacent to the reception were also combined to make a feature conference room.

Temporary barricades were erected and noise requirements for both the law firm and building were observed.
