BIG Construction collaborated with Eastlake Studio, ConopCo, and MB Real Estate to complete CSG's new space. CSG chose to reuse elements of the existing floor plan at One North Dearborn. Refreshing some of the existing conditions allowed them to allocate their budget to other priorities.
