The Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Suite at Silver Cross Hospital includes a large gym space, staff and consultation offices, locker rooms, and a large education area.

Situated above an urgent care floor in an occupied medical building, special precautions were taken to meet requirements for the sensitive environment.

Senior Superintendent Richard Jaworowski used negative air machines to minimize dust created during construction in addition to typical barriers. All electrical and plumbing coring was completed during off hours with additional supervision and labor to ensure the urgent care space below was clean when medical staff return for their next shift.
