BIG recently completed MichaelSilver's new office in Deerfield.

BIG’s preconstruction team worked with MichaelSilver, Partners by Design, and ConcopCo to ensure they met their budget while getting the space they want. For example, they valued some architecture features at a small premium, like 4x4 ceiling tiles in the reception and a partial open ceiling design in the cafe. And, all office fronts are demountables with sliding glass doors for the full open effect.

BIG also recommended strategies for approval to benefit the schedule, like using pre-made headers and partitions to remove as much taping as possible from the job.
