BIG Completes Construction of Spec Suite in the OPO
BIG worked with Eastlake Studio, JLL, and Telos to buildout of a spec suite on the 2nd floor of the Old Post Office, totaling 21,000 SF. The space has since been leased by Codal, Inc.
It was fun to be back in the historic building, having previously constructed Home Chef's 75,000 SF headquarters in the historic building.
