BIG is pleased to announce the hiring of Paul Kloet as Chief Financial Officer. Paul will oversee the finance, human resources and information technology departments; his expertise in all three practices is vital to BIG’s future growth and stability.

Paul joins BIG from Uber Technologies where he served in a management role executing on growth and profitability initiatives throughout the Midwest. Prior to Uber, Paul was a Senior Associate for Victory Park Capital a distressed-focused private equity fund and asset manager with over $1 billion of assets. Before Victory Park, Paul worked at Goldman, Sachs & Company in the Investment Banking Division where he was an analyst in the Financial Institutions Group. He received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
